People who are especially talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they can quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

Spotting problems, issues with assumptions, paths to success and all the other strategic decision points that can make or break of project. It’s like Spidey sense. Instinctively knowing that something needs to be dug into farther or that it’s been dug into enough to be able to make a critical decision.

This is an area I particularly enjoy working in. Thinking about both the long and short game and how those will bring success to a project and the business at large. Asking the question “What does success look like?” is something you’ll commonly hear from me.
